How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in Hong Kong will be shipped by EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of purechamps (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
Love it!! I can put my wallet, keys, sanitizer and other essentials! The touch screen works well on my iPhone X and love that there’s a visor for the phone! Helps from glares.
Easy to install, doesn’t bounce around at all and I’ve been on some technical mountain bike trails. Fits my iPhone 7 fine, and also keep my wallet, keys and even a granola bar at times. Touch screen works well enough for my needs. Definitely recommend it.
I just received this item and have used it once or twice on my bike. My iPhone 6 plus fits nicely, although don’t expect the ID touch to work through the see through vinyl cover. Easy to attach and remove if necessary. Plenty of space in the cubby. Nice product for the low cost.
This was kind of an impulse purchase to be able to keep my phone on me while riding. When it arrived it was easy to install and it had no problem holding my Xs Max with a case. There is still enough room to keep a wallet, keys, and smaller items without getting in the way. I haven't tested the waterproof feature yet. The one negative that I have about the bag is the angle isn't great for using the Face ID on the phone. Overall it has been what I was looking for.
This and a saddlebag are all I need for a day. I can fit money, phone, keys, and a bit of food in this thing.The placement on the bars is far better than top tube, my knees rub against top tube mounted bags.The zipper is sturdy and well sealed, touch works well through the plastic, and it mounts very securely. I use on a standard mountain bike and a drop bar road bike, swapping depending on the ride I'm taking. It it secure enough to bomb hills and do some urban hopping.
This phone bag holds my phone very well (moto g7 power) and the touch screen was very functional through the cover. Helped me see Google maps as I rode. Love the space in the bag underneath for wallet and keys. It was about 20 degrees F with no precipitation while I was riding, so I cannot say whether it might have issues with over heating or water resistance, but it looks like it will perform well. The stitching on the Velcro straps is showing some stretching after just two uses, but for the money I think this is a good handlebar bag.
This is just what I was looking for. Three straps secure it to the bar and the stem solidly and the angle puts your phone screen just perfect so yo don't have to take your eyes completely off the road/trail to view it. Makes using Map My Ride much more useful. Plus enough room for your wallet and keys underneath. The construction so far appears solid too.
Just received my phone bag - the bag fits my specialized comfort bike and my Apple 7plus. The bag seems tough and I can carry a few items like keys, money, and credit cards. Haven't tried the bag if it's waterproof or not. Keeping my fingers crossed it will hold up year after year....
For this money it's a great thing. You can put several things into it and see the screen of your smartphone.
